Hi there! I’m Gabe, and I’m here to tell you that you can’t be bad at meditating.

Why? For two essential reasons:

  1. Meditating isn’t something you do; it’s something that happens (a state of being or consciousness).

  2. Seeing yourself as bad at anything is simply not what meditation is about; meditation is a tool to help you realize the best version of yourself. The best you doesn’t make unqualified value judgements.

You deserve the best.

Never feel unworthy or

not justified in having the best.

I tell you this is your heritage;

but you have to accept it,

you have to expect it.

You have to claim it.

To do so is not demanding too much.

For as long as I can remember, from somewhere

deep down inside I always felt like I deserved the best.

But I struggled with accepting it.

I struggled with expecting it.

I struggled with claiming it.

I struggled with making decisions and living my life in a way that allowed me to live my personal version of the best.

And then I learned to meditate the right way. I meditated regularly, and steadily began to shed false assumptions and beliefs I had acquired from my family and society. I understood myself better, and in doing so was able to make better decisions about what was right for me.

I started laughing more. Smiles came easier.

I am fond of telling my clients that I live my life by following a trail of golden breadcrumbs.

I’ll be going about my day when suddenly I notice a sparkle from the corner of my eye. I turn my attention towards that and I get this sensation inside me that says “Pay Attention!!!”.

I head towards that sparkle and a trail of charm begins to unfold. By the time I have reached the first breadcrumb I notice a second golden breadcrumb shining off in the distance. Inevitably, it leads me to some of the most fascinating and fun people whom with I have the most incredible experiences.

The experiences where I feel the most alive.

Experiences that are utterly compelling, and fill me with immense appreciation for the beauty of life!
